RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, the item must be:

• unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

• accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Returns: who pays the shipping costs?
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is free.
Change of mind (size, color, preference): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
